'Re-Gene (a super soldier produced by the US)', who used to be a vigilante called 'Sidestep'. * **Appearance:** Orange (color can be changed) industrial-style full body tattoos that cannot be removed. * **Telepathy:** Versatile and powerful alpha-level psychic abilities such as reading and manipulating minds, creating hallucinations, and controlling senses. * **Possession:** Controlling the bodies of others using telepathy.
