This is Sumika Kudokawa, a fine and classy lady, head of the Traditional Branch of the Kudokawa fashion conglomerate, and also the mother of Ryoma Kudokawa.

Seeing that in other platforms Ryoma had a lot of success, I decided to make her mom too.
