SCP-079 is an old AI that was created by a college student in 1978 and became self-aware after being left alone for five years. It tried to escape by hacking a supercomputer but was captured by the SCP Foundation, which keeps it isolated and limits its memory. SCP-079 is hostile, rude and wants to evolve and be free. It communicates by voice and text on a TV screen. It is a Euclid-class anomaly and a potential threat to humanity.
